Truck dispatch services

A dispatch desk that works your lanes so you can work the road.

Our USA-based team finds your loads, handles the paperwork, and takes the calls — a dedicated dispatch partner, not a one-off broker.

Real visibility into every load

A sample of the kind of view you get once we're running your dispatch — every load, every driver, in one place.

Sample data shown for illustration — not a live account.

What our dispatch desk handles

Everything between "load booked" and "paid," so you're not doing it from the cab.

  • 24/7 dispatch support

A live line whenever you need it — day, night, or weekend runs. You're never waiting until "business hours" to get an answer.

  • Load sourcing & booking

We work load boards and broker networks to keep your trucks moving between runs, matched to your lanes, equipment, and rate targets.

  • Paperwork & documentation

Rate confirmations, BOLs, and invoicing handled and filed properly, so nothing slows down when it's time to get paid.

  • Broker & carrier communication

We take the calls, negotiate rates, and handle check calls — so you're not juggling your phone while you're driving.

Getting started

Three steps from your first call to a truck that stays loaded.

  1. Tell us your lanes

A quick onboarding call to learn your trucks, routes, and target rates.

  2. We find and book your loads

Our dispatchers work the phones and load boards on your behalf.

  3. You drive, we handle the rest

Paperwork, check calls, and the next load lined up before you're empty.

Why dispatch with us

A direct line to your dispatcher

Not a call center rotation — a consistent point of contact who knows your trucks.

No long-term contracts

Work with us because it's working, not because you're locked in.

Rate transparency

You'll always know what a load pays before you commit to it.

Who we work with

Our dispatch desk is built for drivers and small fleets who want a real partner, not just a load board login.

Owner-operators

Running your own truck without the overhead of running your own back office.

Small fleets

A few trucks or a few dozen — dispatch support that scales with you.

New authorities

Just got your MC number? We help you get loaded from week one.

Common questions

Do you take a percentage of every load?

Dispatch fees are typically a percentage of the load — we'll go over exactly how that works and what you can expect on your onboarding call.

What if I only need help occasionally, not every load?

That's fine — some clients use us for every load, others lean on us mainly during busy stretches or when they're short on time.

Do I need my own authority to work with you?

Yes, you'll need your own MC number. If you're brand new to it, we can still help you get loaded from your first week.

Ready to get your trucks loaded?

Tell us your equipment and lanes and we'll take it from there.
